Refund Policy

Our fair and transparent refund policy

At Earn Coupon doo, we want you to be completely satisfied with our LTV tracking platform. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds, cancellations, and trial periods.

1. Free Trial Period

We offer generous free trial periods so you can evaluate our Service before committing to payment:

1.1 Trial Duration

Smaller plans include a 14-day free trial period. Larger enterprise plans include a 30-day free trial period. The specific trial length for your plan is displayed clearly during signup and in your subscription confirmation email.

1.2 No Payment Required

We do not require payment information to start your free trial. You can fully explore the Service, connect your billing and ad platforms, and verify tracking works correctly before providing any payment details.

1.3 Trial Cancellation

You may cancel at any time during your trial period without being charged. Simply go to your account settings and click "Cancel Subscription" or contact us at admin@ltvsaas.com. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

2. Money-Back Guarantee

2.1 7-Day Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee starting from your first payment. If you're not satisfied with the Service for any reason, request a full refund within 7 days of your initial charge.

2.2 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our money-back guarantee, email us at admin@ltvsaas.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
  • Your order number or transaction ID

We process refund requests within 2-3 business days. Once approved, the refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

2.3 What's Covered

Our 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment only. This covers your first month (for monthly subscriptions) or first year (for annual subscriptions).

2.4 What's Not Covered

The money-back guarantee does not apply to renewal payments. If you've been a customer for more than one billing cycle, refunds for subsequent payments are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.

3.2 How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, log into your account, go to Settings → Billing, and click "Cancel Subscription." You can also email us at admin@ltvsaas.com to request cancellation.

3.3 Access After Cancellation

After you cancel, you'll retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you cancel on January 15th but your billing period ends January 31st, you can continue using the Service until January 31st.

3.4 No Partial Period Refunds

We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you will not receive a prorated refund for the unused time. However, you retain access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

4. Refunds Outside the 7-Day Window

4.1 Case-by-Case Evaluation

Refund requests made after the 7-day money-back guarantee period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. While we are not obligated to provide refunds outside the guarantee period, we will consider requests based on specific circumstances.

4.2 When We May Approve Refunds

We may approve refunds outside the standard window in situations such as:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the Service and that we were unable to resolve
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service outages or unavailability that significantly impacted your usage
  • Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion

4.3 When We Do Not Provide Refunds

We generally do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after the 7-day guarantee period
  • Failure to use the Service due to your own circumstances
  • Lack of results or improvement in ad performance (we provide tracking tools, not guaranteed outcomes)
  • Issues caused by third-party services (billing platforms, ad platforms, etc.)
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

5. Billing Errors and Disputes

5.1 Double Charges

If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error, contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.

5.2 Incorrect Amount

If you were charged an incorrect amount different from your plan price, contact us at admin@ltvsaas.com. We will correct the charge and refund any overcharge.

5.3 Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged without authorization, contact us immediately. We take unauthorized charges seriously and will investigate promptly. We may request additional information to verify the claim.

6. Payment Processing

6.1 Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, your payment information is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy according to their security standards and privacy policy.

6.2 Refund Processing Time

Once we approve a refund, we process it through Lemon Squeezy within 2-3 business days. The refund will then appear in your account based on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other Methods: Varies by provider

If you don't see your refund after the expected processing time, contact your payment provider or Lemon Squeezy support.

7. Annual Subscriptions

7.1 Annual Plans and Refunds

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the same 7-day money-back guarantee. Within 7 days of your annual payment, you can request a full refund.

7.2 No Prorated Refunds

If you cancel an annual subscription after the 7-day guarantee period, we do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of your annual term. However, you will retain full access to the Service for the remainder of your annual period.

8. Downgrades

8.1 Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. We do not provide refunds for the price difference during the current period.

8.2 Annual to Monthly

If you are on an annual plan and wish to switch to monthly billing, the change will take effect when your annual term expires. We cannot convert unused annual subscription time to monthly credits or refunds.

9. Service Changes

9.1 Price Increases

If we increase the price of your subscription plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. The new price will apply to your next billing cycle. If you don't wish to pay the higher price, you can cancel before the next billing cycle with no penalty.

9.2 Feature Changes

We continuously improve our Service by adding, modifying, or removing features. We do not provide refunds based on feature changes. However, if a feature critical to your use case is removed, we will work with you to find an alternative solution or accommodate a cancellation outside the normal policy.

10. Data After Refund

10.1 Data Retention

If you receive a refund and cancel your account, we will retain your data for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.

10.2 Data Export

Before canceling, you can export your data through your account dashboard. We recommend doing this before requesting a refund to ensure you have a copy of your information.
